Some prices are given in a range, why?
The final price depends on complexity, quality and size of your image. Our designers need to see your image and judge the complexity of the digital retouch or restoration before giving you the final price.
What does "price is per person/object" mean?
For example you may wish to fix blemishes, or "red eyes" for several people in a group photo. If we need to retouch or restore more than one person or object in a photo, the price will be multiplied by the number of persons/objects on the photo.
What is the payment criteria?
For a small number of image corrections we will retouch a sample of the images so that you can see the quality of our work. After your approval we will retouch the rest and payment is required in full after you approve the image.
If I am not pleased with the results, what do I do?
We Guarantee Satisfaction. If you are not pleased with the outcome we will rework to your satisfaction or refund your payment.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Is your payment form secure? Will my credit card info be stored in a safe place?
We do not store your credit card info anywhere on our site. Your payment is protected.
What image format do you support?
We support JPEG, TIFF and EPS images.
Is there any image size limitations?
The image size must not exceed 8 megabytes. If you are sending several images they can be zipped.
